I have stayed here multiple times with zero complaints. Never again will I stay here. ROACHES LIKE A SLUM. I complained and was told they would treat. Not sure if they did but roaches didn't go away. Every time I have stayed there has been TV outages and this time the same. Employees in the past were great but this time many grumpy employees. Our last full day we hung sign on door early morning to clean our room. They never did. In fact it seemed we were the only ones left on floor 5. Perhaps Floor 5 was fully roach infested. My Fiancee and I were appalled at this entire week trip.

This place is very popular to locals and foreigners alike. Stayed at Aseana area twice and at Binondo area before returning to Canada. The area looks different since rhe last time I was here at Binondo but its really interesting how we can walk to different areas to shoo and eat. The staff at RedPlanet are all welcoming, nice and friendly. We will surely come back next time.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Rooms are small but efficient. Bring a streaming stick because there is no cable on tv. It worked for what we needed. Glad we had a rental car so we did not have to go out after dark on street. 7 11 was nice to have.

Perfect room for what we needed at the right price. 7 11 on first floor very nice but glad we had a car because I do not think I would go walking after dark. But would stay again. Wish they had a facecloth in bathroom and there is no cable tv.

No tv or cable for 6 days we stayed there, one of the towel had fresh blood on it. Some AC outlet not working.

We regret to know that the towels provided outlets were not anymore acceptable. Rest assured that this will be looked into. We sincerely apologize for the disappoint. As for the cable signal, areas of Tondo, Binondo, Quiapo and Sta. Cruz doesn't have cable connection and Broadband since it was damaged due to the electric posts that went down on Ongpin street 2 weeks ago and restoration are still on going as per our cable service provider. An apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience in this occasion but nevertheless I do extend it with all sincerity. Thank you for staying with us and do stay safe. 綺麗でスタッフの対応が丁寧でした。 タオルはありますが、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープがまとめて3in1、ヘアブラシや歯ブラシ、部屋着はありません。 深夜の二時に到着するフライトだったのですが、やはり治安は良くないので気をつけた方がよいです。

The best thing about this hotel is the employees. Helpful in everyway and friendly. We did survive on Food Panda but that was okay. Room was small but had everything we needed including wonderful mattress and comforter, nice towels, and wonderful maid service. The price per night was very good too. Felt safe all the time. Construction around the area did not bother us.
