Staffs are very nice and polite they responded quick of what you need. Room the carpet needs to be replaced old , dirty and smelly and there’s bug running around on the carpet. Bed are hard uncomfortable. No microwave to warm the food. Once they gave us a bath towels look like rugs.

The hotel itself is iconic. It's dated, but lovely. It had pretty decent food, although very pricey. The food prices seem to be equivalent to Canadian pricing on many meals, with some exceptions. We felt like kings and queens by the staff, honestly. The one thing that I really think could use some maintenance is the 2nd floor lobby that was leaking condensation from the vents o to the moldy-smelling carpet. This was our 2nd visit to the hotel with a 2 week period. Our first room had carpet that wreaked of smelly feet and mold. The 2nd room we had 2 weeks later was fine. So, my suggestion is that if your room smells, just say something to the front desk and get a new room. I didn't do that and regretted it.

Staff were superb - very friendly and helpful. They will guide and advise you how to be safe when you want to go out and explore the nearby place. The property smells very clean when you enter the lobby area. Only main complaint is you will be charge 250 pesos everytime you want to warm something in the microwave. We were only planning a quick warming up of the soup that we bought (it got cold before we even reached the hotel because it was extremely trafffic at that time). we opted not to use the service as we think 250 pesos is way too much for a 2-3 mins use of their microwave. We have raised this concern during our check out and they said they will look into it as they are not aware about the microwave protocol. Overall, we will definitely still come back and recommend this hotel.

The Heritage Hotel is situated in a very central location -- in close proximity to the international/domestic airport terminals, SM Mall of Asia -- and sits at the very heart of the metro. If you want a good location close to mostly all attractions and activities in Metro Manila south, this is your place. The hotel is old but it has its own character and well-complemented by warm in-house and parking staff that is truly an asset to make up for the old but well-maintained facilities.

We were suppose to stay for 3 nights but decided that it was not a good fit for our family. Dining options were expensive as well as drinks. Area outside was not close to any stores or outside food. When asking how safe the area outside was, staff gave me a weird look and said to make sure we keep our belongings with us. Room was dark, carpet was stained, toilet barely flushed, shower wasn’t good. Overall, we would never stay here again. Oh, casino is only foreigners. My husband has an American green card but has a Filipino passport, they did not allow him to go in.
