“An absolutely perfect week! The cottage is lovely and very well equipped and it was only a short walk to the gorgeous sandy beach which was never crowded while we were there. Our host Dean was quick to answer any questions we had and was very proactive with all the information needed for our stay. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!”

“We were extremely pleased with the spaciousness, cleanliness and all the modern conveniences provided in the cottage. We had not anticipated all the kitchen appliances and cookware, etc. to be so plentiful and brought way too much stuff with us. The condition of the cottage was A-1 and there were no defects in anything. The seating and furniture and beds were plentiful and comfortable both indoors and outdoors. “Nous n'avions jamais vécu un tel séjour. Les étoiles, l'horizon à perte de vue, le feu de camp sur le bord de la plage au coucher du soleil, le son des vagues, le vent. Nous avions l'impression d'être seuls au monde. Juste assez rustique pour se sentir dehors, dans la nature, juste assez d'installation pour être confortable et ne pas être à la mercie du froid et du vent quand ils se manifestent. Très bien pensé, le site nous a épaté et nous a fait vivre un séjour inoubliable.”

“Great experience. We loved visiting Manitoulin and staying at Siver Lake. The eastern part of the island is relaxing. The house was perfect for two families, quite comfortable and nicely decorated. I bother Meng and Mike with various questions and they were super responsive and supportive. We mostly drove around visiting Manitoulin’s main sites but found time to swim at Silver Lake, enjoy the hot tub and the outdoor fire place. Highly recommended! ”
