「Good experience. Enjoyed the room, food, and other facilities. Only point - better communication on the safari timings would have helped. I rushed and reached as per the communication, and came to know that i cannot join the Safari, as the reporting time was 1 hour earlier and this was not communicated to me.」

Accent on on-site activities is justifiable; surrounding attractions outside the property, while famous, are incredibly crowded and congested and better to enjoy the excellent ambiance, service and cuisine and superb cabin rooms drenched with birdsongs!」

「Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was the best for us. The standards of hygiene were excellent (no bugs in sight), all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and whatever we asked for e.g. iron and ironing board, extra coat hangers, more towels etc, were produced in moments. What makes this hotel extra special are the staff, every single one of them whether it was a housemaid, reception...

「Hotel is wonderful both in its extremely beautiful surrounding. Food was average but place had very hospitable staff. Infinity pool is something unique as it overlooks mountains n water expenses of the Dam.」
