"The Hotel itself was perfectly located for all my needs for the weekend. The breakfast daily was GREAT as well! I liked my room, even though 2 of the lights did NOT work, but I didn’t really need them too. For this particular reason alone, I rated the staff as horrible. My Apple air pods were stolen off the desk. The young lady I reported it t, told me that she was going to check into it and call my room. No call, but I will be contacting someone, because there is a thief among them and that does NOT sit well with me!! I know you guys know which person works each floor and rooms! "

"Very disappointed with our experience. I completely understand that the staff was overwhelmed and doing the best they could, but at 10:00 PM we still were unable to check into our room. After traveling and waiting for hours, guests should not still be waiting that late into the evening. The lack of organization and delay took away from what should have been a relaxing stay, especially on Thursday when we essentially missed out on part of the full hotel experience we paid for. I do believe some type of compensation or accommodation should be offered for the inconvenience. Again, the staff appeared to be trying, but management needs a better system in place to handle situations like this."

"Breakfast was not good. Parking lot was very small and hard to get in and out. A/C unit in our room was very loud and the street noise was very loud. You could hear every car and motorcycle passing at all hours of the night. "

"staff was super nice and helpful, quiet property and very clean. breakfast was great, plenty of options, my ONLY issue was that our room smelled like cigarettes SOOOO bad :( we only stayed for one night but the smell as soon as i opened the door was so strong, and there was a cigarette hole burned on the couch so i think there were smokers in there before us? the room was very clean it just stank bad but like i said we only stayed one night, and i drove from really far away i didn’t want to have to wait for them to get us another room. other than that it was a good stay."
