Lovely hotel, overall it was very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were nice. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is a bit from the main train station but the #6 drops you off directly in front of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this modern hotel to anyone.

The workers were super friendly at the reception as well as the room cleaners, everything seemed very clean as they also change towels everyday and clean up the room. I really liked this hotel i would love to book again some time

The property was fine and the staff, very friendly. However, the reservation purchased through Expedia included breakfast for 2, but at the hotel I was informed that the rate did not include breakfast and had to pay it extra at check-out. Any attempt to contact Expedia for a reimbursement has been impossible.

There was a very loud guest yelling through the open window at 3am multiple times. A staff member of the neighboring NH hotel took a look to the issue. Also the staff at the reception was nice but should be a little bit more attentive to new incoming guests.

Thank god for Holiday Inn to have a new name and renovated, so all brand new and looking so much better and modern. But there is the issue of the wrong information on the website, there’s now no option for a double bed, all rooms only have 2 x single beds, being a huge error when renovating a hotel and providing the wrong information online. They understand this and it needs to be clarified.

Brilliant, 5 stars all around!

What a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. We were a group of 6 friends travelling to Germany for the Timewarp festival located in Mannheim. The hotel was located perfectly to reach the bus and trams to get to and from the venue. The hotel rooms are a bit smaller than usual, but very clean, comfortable and are sound proofed with a built in speaker, perfect for a groups who like to play music with friends. The staff behind the checkin counter and bar were extremely helpful. We had an unexpected hiccup in our journey to Mannheim so it took us a lot longer to get to the hotel then we planned, but the staff were very helpful, checking us it at 5am in the morning! The hotel has a 24 hour bar and serves pizzas 24 hours. Very good value for money! We will be returning next year for timewarps 30th anniversary! Thank you for making our stay very welcoming!

An unhappy experience

Check in experience was bad - unprofessional staff who kept talking to me in German regardless I said I don’t speak it. I was charged hotel stay at the reception although hotel stay was already paid via Hotels.com. The receptionists could not trace that payment and made me pay hotel stay again just to confirm afterwards that the hotel stay was already paid. They refunded the money to my credit card and the money hasn’t been received to date. I also paid eur 50 for a late checkout however hotel staff came to the room door waking me up in the process and asking me to vacate the room at the regular check out hour. The rooms are tiny and not worth the money.

Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer war sauber und sehr groß, das Bad gefühlt halb so groß wie das Zimmer und das größte, was ich bisher gesehen habe, von der Dusche ganz zu schweigen - wow 👍 Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, auf Knopfdruck gibts sogar frische pancakes! Einzig die Parkgebühren von 20€/Tag sind mMn überteuert. In der angrenzenden Schlachthof- und Dynamostraße findet man immer einen Parkplatz wenn es nicht stört, noch einen kleinen Spaziergang hinzulegen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
