Communication with the rental company/owner was non existent. VRBO ad showed it comes with 2 double sofa beds, I messaged thru the app to confirm since the pictures didn’t show a 2nd sofa, first reply was just a recap of the listing, I asked twice more for confirmation and didn’t get a reply. I also left a voicemail the day before check in - no reply. Called upon check in to the hospitality team, they said they would send a rollaway- they didn’t. Other issues: patched hole in bathroom without completion. The upstairs deck railing is not attached to the building making it an injury hazard. Sink lighting in downstairs bathroom is non existent. No outlets next to bed in bedroom- later found them behind the builtin nightstands with no way to access them. Upstairs closet is massive but no way to access/close the hide a door to use as a toddler room (if bed was ever to have been provided). Multiple cabinets are out of sync and do not close. Last morning here I was trying to work on the outside deck while family was still sleeping and it turns out the outlet on the deck is there in show but if you open it there are the HOT exposed wires but no actual outlet. We found a “stay journal” and looked at previous entries, the last good review was in 2024 then several pages were ripped out before finding a review that said to call them for details. Overall the unit was a joke and the price we paid was no where worth it. Not recommended.
