「It was a pleasure experience for my family for a two-night stay. Quiet neighborhood. Two big comfy bedrooms. Living rm is a bit small but worked for us. With thorough instruction from the host, we were able to make quick check-in. Although Wifi was not given at the beginning, host provide after 5-min of our request. 」

「Very clean suite with anything you'd need. They even have a projector screen TV. Owners were lovely and very responsive. They even made is blueberry and chocolate bread. We’ll absolutely be staying again.」

「Excelente casa para hospedarte, cuenta con todo lo necesario para preparar tus alimentos si no quieres salir, la cocina está super equipada, todo muy limpio y ordenado. 「We had a fantastic stay at this property — it was truly beyond our expectations! Our family of four stayed in the basement level one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite, and we were amazed by how spacious it was — over 1,000 square feet! The entire unit is newly renovated, clean, and beautifully maintained. The furnishings are thoughtfully chosen, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The bed linens were 100% cotton and incredibly comfortable. I have to say, the mattress offered excellent support...

「Beautiful little spot, we didn’t spend much time here because we were being tourists and had a wedding but it was a cozy spot to come back to for the week. It got very hot mid-stay but the host was very accommodating and got us an AC which made our stay even more enjoyable. 」

「Great location, quiet and somewhat clean, the suite could have been cleaner. Dust and cobwebs were noticeable and the interior finishing lacked quality workmanship.Otherwise was perfect for our needs. The lack of a freezer within the fridge made it impossible to refreeze our cooler ice packs. We had to keep buying ice for our cooler.The flat screen TV was large but of a different vintage, it produced alot of heat, which in turn increased the temperature of the room.」

"We have prepaid. The reception staff Mike turned us away telling us the master card without chip can not be acceptable. Even we are willing to pay cash, he still refused us checking in. When we asked for official document, he said unavailable. It made us paying double price to find another hotel at 0200 after 12 hours flying. We were very tired, disaappointed, frustrated. Very bad experience when traveling in Vancouver. Very bad!"

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
