「My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. Everything was very clean and organized. The owner had even left some snacks in the kitchen and water in the fridge. That was so thoughtful and nice of her. The place was spacious for my kids to play in the living room. I do get cold easily, so, there were some heaters in each room that we could use. The property had everything and beyond that you would need for your stay. There were even plastic plates, cups and utensils to use for kids....

"Great location. It is behind the Expo Line Metrotown station. We made use of the train and bus services nearby to travel to all places of interest in Vancouver. "I have stayed in this property a few times. It is because I like their underground parking which is secured and convenient. I don’t use other facilities because I don’t stay in the hotel most of the time. The only thing that I think the hotel management needs to look at is their room make-up or cleaning staff. Last time I stayed there for 12 nights and I usually left the hotel in the late morning or around noon time. There were two days that my room was not serviced even though I hanged the “make-up room” sign outside my room door. And also there was a time when I asked for more shampoo by writing and leaving a note in the bathroom, but at the end, I didn’t get extra shampoo."
