「It was quite difficult to find and google maps has it in the wrong place so it is quite difficult to find. It’s about 25 minutes to downtown. There was a lot of security. It was pretty nice but rather small for the five of us. Sadly there were no neighbors in the other 3 properties on site. Parking would have been difficult if there were others but there weren’t. There were some cool features and it was quite modern. I especially liked the TV (I watched the Kara and Nate Canada train video!)...

「The property is in a safe leafy suburb reasonably close to the airport and Downtown. The area had amazing services, restaurants and shopping so close. The unit was clean, spacious, comfortable and QUIET. The host was incredibly responsive to requests and we appreciated being able to stay. 」

「We only stayed here for a couple of nights to explore the city before moving onto the Island. It was a wonderful short term location. Hosts were friendly and responsive when we needed something! Driving into town took a while because of traffic but I feel that that was fairly represented in the price. 」

「We had a fantastic stay at this property — it was truly beyond our expectations! Our family of four stayed in the basement level one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite, and we were amazed by how spacious it was — over 1,000 square feet! The entire unit is newly renovated, clean, and beautifully maintained. The furnishings are thoughtfully chosen, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The bed linens were 100% cotton and incredibly comfortable. I have to say, the mattress offered excellent support...

「This property is very secure. A fob is required to access underground parking, the elevator entrance from the garage and front entrance. The unit was very clean with many of the ammenities that would be expected. The host was very responsive to an issue that came up and it was resolved within hours. 」

Poor Customer Services

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
