Cheguei e encontrei a casa ocupada por outros hospedes e passei o dia da virada do ano na rua com minha familia e criancas de colo. ainda estou a procura de maneiras de alguem ser responsabilizado pelo Sucedido. A proprietaria da casa alega nao ter conhecimento da minha reserva.
