Holiday Home 'Gîte Panda' with Shared Pool, Spa, Wi-Fi & Air Conditioning

Located in Marans, Gîte Panda is the perfect holiday home for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Spread over two levels, it accommodates up to 5 guests and offers a comfortable setting designed for relaxation and well-being.



Inside, you'll find a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 pleasant bedrooms, a bathroom, and separate toilets. For a hassle-free stay, the house features Wi-Fi, a workspace for remote working, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. There's also a ping-pong table. A baby cot and high chair are available.



Outside, enjoy a private area with a spa and a terrace with a barbecue—ideal for outdoor meals. You also have access to a shared outdoor space 400 m away, featuring a heated saltwater pool open April to September from 9 am to 8 pm. The spa, available year-round, is reserved for adults. For everyone's comfort and hygiene, swim shorts and sunscreen are not allowed in the spa, and sunscreen is not permitted in the pool.



Three parking spaces are available on the property. To maintain the peace, pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.



Eco-friendly guidelines and equipment for saving water and energy are provided. Guests are responsible for using outdoor facilities.



A check-in and check-out inspection will be carried out upon arrival. Tourist tax and deposit, if applicable, are to be paid on site.
