The house was beautiful and very clean. Very roomy for our family to enjoy together. We enjoyed the pool and walking to the marina each day. Great stay! Would definitely recommend!

Key code was not provided until hours until check-in time, there were signs of bug infestation and that property was not cleaned prior to check-in. One of the toilets was not working, microwave was not working, water filter in the fridge needed to be replaced, several glasses and bowls in the cupboard are chipped. Host did reply promptly and sent a cleaner that same evening but it did detract from overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay. It was clean, and everyone was happy with their bedroom. There was lots of room to accomodate all 6 of us. The pool was also very nice. The location was great we were able to take a day trip to Key West and we enjoyed going to Bahia Honda State Park. We had an enjoyable family vacation. Jeff was quick to respond to our inquiries.

Perfect location

This house was in the perfect spot to go north or south for adventures. There was a fence up all around the canal, that wasn’t ideal. Also, you cannot fish in the canal. Winn Dixie and Publix is right down the road. Make sure to get Tupperware or ziplock bags. There’s nothing to store your food in there. The grill is an electric griddle. They do provide beach type towels and I suggest sombrero beach. It’s 5.5 miles south and you can take alcohol even though online it says you can’t. The pool is nice at the house too. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We were very pleased with this house - very clean and comfortable! It will be even better when the canal construction fencing is down and the use of the canal is restored -- we plan to return, maybe with our boat next time!

Amazing stay!

The host was extremely responsive to any requests that we had. We loved the stay, great location. The house met all of our needs. Walkable area to some things. The host was very helpful and accommodating, would definitely recommend.

Great time at Coral Lagoon

The place is EXACTLY as advertised. Host was immediately responsive. The place was VERY clean, and comfortable! Convenient location for anything you want to do in the Keys. Walking distance to a couple of good restaurants - we highly recommend Island Fish Company! The pool was lovely and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for the memories!

It was very clean, but there were fees for boat and you are required to have insurance for your vessel which was not stated prior to booking. The owner is VERY responsive to any questions or issues you may have which is amazing but it would've been nice to know aboutsthe insurance

Enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood, nice open floor plan. Good restaurants nearby, some walkable. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Parking right at the front door. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place

The only problem we had was when we arrived there was a fence that surrounded the property along the waterway so we couldn't access the seawall for kayaks, boats etc. We understand that things need to get fixed, although it would have been nice to have been alerted to the non access. The internet was broken and required a new modem and the host was quick to respond and get a tech out the next morning.

Awesome!!

We stayed here for 5 nights and the place was awesome. The host was quick to respond and made the entire process very simple. A little piece of Paradise

The home was very comfortable for a family of two and a family of four. The host was amazing. We booked this property months ago and of course the time we were staying, we had Tropical Rains! We asked the host if we could change our dates because of the weather and was gracious to say yes! Unfortunately the other family that booked next door to us was told flat out no! Even with the state of Florida having a state of emergency and all flights were canceled they still said no! So thank you Jeff for wanting to work with us, but we did manage to make the best of our time in Marathon! So again Thank you for being the host that you were and your home was perfect! Coral Lagoon Community was definitely a piece of Paradise.
