Location, location, location! Our well maintained, immaculately clean, & updated house is located at the end of the street for privacy yet nestled on a highly sought after protected lagoon teaming with sealife. Manatees, turtles, dolphin, tarpon, & fish frequent our lagoon area.

Fishermen can enjoy our world class fishing destination. Choose to park your boat along either our newly installed 100ft lagoon dock or the canal dockage. Both are deep water. To make your life easier, we have a fishing cleaning station with electricity, water & ample lighting along with bait freezer & 400 lb/day commercial ice machine. Don't waste your precious fishing time trying to find ice or idling down long stretches of canals. You can even have your fuel delivered to you. Easy access to open water both the Atlantic & gulf as seen in pictures. Public boat ramp less than a mile away from house. Plenty of off road trailer parking is available on site.


Don't feel like fishing? There is still plenty to do! Sip your coffee & watch the boats going out for their day of fishing from either the covered porch or the pool entertainment area. Swim in the chilled or heated custom designed concrete pool with tanning ledge. Kayak, paddleboard or snorkel in our own wonderful lagoon. Take the provided kayaks out to the nearby island & snorkel where the commercial snorkel boats frequent. Fish right off the extra wide & long boat dock. Feed stingrays, swim with sharks, or enjoy the spectacular tanks filled with Caribbean salt water fish at the nearby Aquarium Encounters. Swim with the Dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center. See conservation efforts at the Turtle Hospital. Enjoy a day of snorkeling at one of the premier natural reefs at Sombrero Lighthouse. Spend the day at one of our local beaches for sun & sand. Do the Duvall Crawl at Key West. SO MANY POSSIBILITIES!

After your long day of activities, relax with a cool swim in the pool or a water massage in the jetted spa. Have a cool beverage & enjoy the custom designed putting green or a game of corn hole.
