Cozy Home!!!!

Newly renovated half duplex on a quiet street in Marathon. Conveniently located in the heart of Marathon, on a canal just feet from the open ocean. This home is located in the residential neighborhood of Sombrero Beach, less than 1 mile from the beach. Sombrero beach is considered one of the best beaches in the Florida Keys. Also close to Publix, Kmart and many fine FL Keys restaurants.

This property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one bedroom (master) has a queen size bed and the other has two queen size bed, sleeps 6. Both have memory foam mattress and both bedroom have Cable TV.

The updated fully equipped kitchen has Quartz Counter Tops, brand new Stainless Steel Appliances. Living room has beautiful ocean views. Outside you can continue to enjoy ocean views from the lounge chairs by the pool and on the deck you have a seating area to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset of the Florida Keys.

We had the best time at Ivette’s place! Wonderful location - quiet and peaceful but 5 minutes from grocery stores. Very clean and nicely decorated. Our teenage boys enjoyed fishing from the dock and playing in the heated pool. Ivette was extremely responsive anytime I had a question. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Marathon Rental

We really enjoyed this rental which is located on a quiet street, close to Sombrero Beach and restaurants. Another plus is that we were able to use two kayaks to cruise around the coastline. The host was always quick to respond to our communications. The information guide at the rental also very helpful in seeing the area.

Family Vacation to Remember!

This was my husband and children’s first visit to the Florida Keys, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Ivette was incredibly communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made everything seamless—from booking to check-in. We were even able to check in early, which gave the our 3 boys extra time to jump in the pool and start fishing in the canal right away!The home itself was beautiful, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and fun week. It was the perfect home base for all our adventures and truly felt like our own slice of paradise. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Thank you, Ivette, for such a memorable spring break!

Beautiful Area

Vaca Key is the perfect place to stay! It’s close to Sombrero Beach, Publix, great restaurants and the gym. The duplex we rented was clean, had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to our needs. We are renting from her again next year! It’s the perfect place to relax, escape from the snow and enjoy the beautiful warm weather!

The house was perfect for our family. Fit our needs for our stay with a cute/clean little pool to cool off. Great fishing in the canal right off the dock with views of the open ocean. Right around the corner to sombrero beach, 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. We paddle boarded from sombrero beach to the house via the ocean! The canal and ocean are very shallow so boaters would need to know their stuff to safely boat in and out. Location is nice to be able to explore all the keys, 1 hour to Key West, 30 min to Big Pine Key and Islamorada. We will be back!

We had a great stay at this location! Our friends first time to the Keys so this was a middle location to be out and about! We loved our little pool too! +++'s Publix nearby Beach is close. Middle island so easy to see lots. Great Kitchen with lots of stuff- 2 kinds of Coffee Makers! Drip and a Keurig if desired. BBQ was great. Wine snobs- need real glasses- we had just enough for 3! Beds are firm- but we were fine with that. You decide. Ivette was responsive and helpful but we really didn't need anything. There was only 1 bath hand towel but no big deal. Sad to leave! Would rent again for sure!!!! Cute nice cozy palce for sure! Crusin'Tikis in Islamorada was a huge hit too!!!!!!

Great location

This is the perfect location for a vacation. The house fit our family of four well. We spent a lot of time outside in the back yard - either fishing, kayaking, lounging or playing in the pool. The boat lift was super convenient as we had rented a boat for the week. Being right down the road from a Publix was also very convenient. Would definitely return.

A few issues but resolved quickly

We stayed here over Thanksgiving for the week. When we got there, the air conditioner was not working, but the property manager had someone there quickly and it turns out it was just a tripped breaker. Also had an issue with the refrigerator/freezer, it eas. It working correctly. But, again, the property manager quickly got someone there to service it and it was fixed. The location is great and the size of the house was perfect for us and our boat. Would definitely stay here again!
