Great stay and location

Was a wonderful stay and location. Quiet and pleasant. Screened porch was amazing for family dinners and relaxing. Pool was perfect, with an option for both sun and shade.

Good value for the money, nice central location, nice pool, hot tub, and grounds. Beach was a mess with seaweed and trash, and villas are cramped with a tiny kitchen, and tiny bathrooms, both upstairs (none on main floor). The villa was clean, though.

Grandsons first trip to the Keys

This was my grandson’s first destination vacation and it made a lasting impression. He loved the beach and the pool. His Mom and Dad enjoyed it too.

Quite and Beautiful Property

This was the perfect place to stay!Right on a private beach, the grounds were well maintained and beautiful.It was great to have the whole villa to ourselves rather than being in one of those skyrise condos.I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay at in Marathon!

Great first visit to the Keys

We’re a family of 4 with 2 teenagers- the place was clean though dated and had enough room for everyone to spread out. The property is wonderfully maintained, quiet and has amazing views Would recommend!

Pretty much perfect

Everything was pretty amazing that was under control (Mother Nature and her seaweed). Only wish is that maybe closer to activities for kids or bikes be available. Rooms, parking, pool, hot tub, beach, and employees were all amazing.

Clean and Easy

We arrived very late at night but the check in was handled easily in advance. Our unit was very clean and well stocked. The beach, pool and hot tub were all great and very close. Parking was easy and right at our front door. Overall a great experience!

Perfect Winter get away

We just loved staying here. Quaint beach, pool and hot tub. Property is well maintained. Close enough to go to Key West for the day! Lots of fun going out on Capt Pips snorkeling cruise. Close to good restaurants, grocery stores etc. would stay here again

We loved these beach villas! So close to the beach! We were upgraded when we arrived which was a nice bonus! Pool and hot tub are both great! Would definitely book this place again!

Spring vacation

The property is older, but well kept. There are a lot of stairs but that was not an issue for our group. The interior furniture and appliances are older, could be higher end. Our overall stay was good, above average. Great area with plenty to do. We had no issues on the property and based on the daily activity of staff, things were in good order for a reason.

Place was great accept for the sargassum/sea weed all over the beach - they also did not clean it up Would have liked to be notified of this prior to are arrival. We are aware that its not the managements fault, as it is a natural occurence would have just liked a heads up.

Quiet and convenient

The experience at Coco Plum Resort was exactly what i had hoped for...quiet, swimmable beach, shoreline to walk, easy drive to restaurants and attractions.
