With your own private dock, fire pit, and endless games, from mini golf to volleyball, it's the ultimate setting for unforgettable family vacations in the Florida Keys.

••• 1st Level of the Home (Indoors):
Inside, you'll find a spacious open-concept living area perfect for entertaining. The main room features a comfortable sectional, Smart TV, and access to the outdoor space. The sleek kitchen is outfitted with all needed appliances, a large island, and a coffee bar complete with Keurig Duo. Just off the main area, enjoy indoor recreation with a 3-in-1 game table and drink fridge. Each of the three well-appointed bedrooms offers a private en-suite bathroom and Smart TVs, ideal for both adult privacy and kid-friendly comfort.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 28-night minimum.

Pool Heating and chilling is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees my apply.

If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
