Wonderful family vacation!

Great location! The home was clean and fully stocked with everything we could have needed. Plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the amazing sunsets and fishing from the dock. Highly recommend this home!!

Beautiful vacation home

This was our 3rd year staying at Serenity. We absolutely love it here. The house is perfect. The dockage is large enough for a couple boats, there is parking for your trailer and we fit 2 of them, the view of the open water is beautiful, the house has everything you need and the property managers are so nice and quick to handle any requests. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful home again!

Amazing!

We spent a week in January 2024 and the house was even better in person! Everything you need and more! We had manatees swimming right up to the dock nearly daily (!) and were able to catch tons of fish (which was a huge hit for my daughter) Don’t hesitate to book this place!

This house is FANTASTIC!

We were a group of 12 (4 seperate families), ranging in ages from 10 to 70+. This house was perfect for us- plenty of room for us to spread out! The location could not have been better. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Perfect for our family of 10.

Serenity is a wonderful home with a great location and amazing views that just happen to include the sunset! There was always activity in and on the water to watch. The channel was always busy with fishing boats coming and going. We were blessed to see dolphins, manatees and even a shark. The home and grounds are very roomy and have every amenity that you may need. The property manager was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!!

Tropical Oasis

This home was perfect! It’s amazing water views, great pool, well stocked large kitchen, and the best sunsets, you can’t go wrong. My only complaint would be, two of the bedrooms did no have dressers. We basically lived out of our suitcase all week, not a vacation breaker. Other than that, our family of six were very comfortable. Double washer and dryers were convenient. I would highly recommend this property!

From the number of bedrooms, roominess of the kitchen, outside pool area and yard, Serenity is perfect for families. My grandkids enjoyed fishing from the dock, swimming, kayaking, bike riding, wonderful and beautiful views. And just overall perfect family vacation!

Phenomenal House

From the beautiful home to the breathtaking views this house was amazing. The house was stocked with everything. If we forgot something, chances are they had it for us. Clean, nicely decorated inside and out, pool floats, paddle boards, large backyard with pool directly on the water. Easy access to gulf or ocean. Great channel to paddle board or kayak. Water was clear. Very large dock. Fit 2 of our boats with lots of room for another, a 22’ and a 27’ boat. Public launch right across US1 with a 5 minute boat ride Down Vaca Cut to the house. Already booked it for next year.

Everything about this home and it’s open water location is perfect for my family and friends. We love that it is spacious and all one level. Every amenity imaginable is available on the property. We’ve stayed here twice and will definitely plan to book again the next time we visit Marathon!

Beautiful vacation property…

We absolutely loved our stay at Serenity. The house was clean and beautiful. It had more than we expected. The property manager was so nice and responded to our needs very quickly. My family and I definitely plan on returning for another family vacation. I recommend this property to all my friends and family.
