Great location and very nice house for family

Property has excellent water access, both Atlantic and Gulf. Nice pool and very family friendly space. Kitchen was well appointed and we used it for most of our meals. We would be happy to stay again.

The perfect family getaway

This property was perfect for our large family! The floor plan was amazing, allowing us room to spread out and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Jay was a responsive host and we all talked about coming back to stay again.

10 retirees had a great time for the week. Plenty of room. Especially enjoyed the spacious screened porch area and the outside pool area. The pool was heated perfectly . Would definitely return here if ever return to Marathon.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay with a large family

We had an amazing time at this house. It was exactly as advertised and more! It is spacious for a large group and was equipped with all our needs. We especially loved the outdoor area. The owner and property manager were absolutely great.

The house was everything the pictures showed, Clean, great location, modern, and very spacious. We loved the fact that the house had a private pool, large screened in area which we spent a lot of evenings hanging out, after site seeing or fishing, with a large dock we rented a boat. FAMILY VACATION

A perfect 3 generation family vacation. Everything you want steps from your back door. From swimming, to fishing, to grilling in the back yard, the home provided everything we could have wanted and more. The location was great, close to restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities. Great for large groups!

Jay’s property had everything we needed for 4 families. Plenty of space inside and out, including large dock for multiple boats and lots of parking. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and then some. All in all this is a fantastic property and we will stay again.

Beautiful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time with our family. The house was a perfect layout for the 4 generations, ages ranging from 4 months to 87 years old. The main floor bedrooms were very useful for the great-grandparents and the infant and baby's afternoon naps. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great time. The kitchen appliances( dishwasher and freezer) did not work well but appliance guy was on top of it. He also gave us good advice on buying stone crabs. We would stay there again

80th Birthday Celebration

I rented this neat home for my husband’s 80th birthday. We had 12 people who stayed and relaxed, cooked and enjoyed the week of celebration. It’s very quiet and a perfect place to escape from the world. I would do it again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. There were 13 of us who stayed here. The house worked perfect for us. Our favorite room was the screened in porch in the evenings. The kitchen has a lot of counter space for all our daily cooking Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us all. Location was great for grocery store, things to do and taking the pontoon boat out. Already booked for next year!

Best vacation ever!

We were a group of 3 couples and 2 singles who rented this lovely home for a week’s vacation. We have known each other since high school.We loved, loved, loved the heated pool, and the large screened-in porch where we congregated for coffee, meals, laughter and lots of fun!The kitchen was large and well equipped. And, did I mention how comfortable the beds were?The house is conveniently located to grocery stores and fabulous restaurants.We even caught fish off the dock and saw a family of manatees! We took one day off and went to Key West, but otherwise, we spent our time at the house. The owners are very responsive and helpful.HIGHLY recommend this wonderful property! Marathon is a lovely town with really friendly people.

This property is as described. Plenty of room for all of us. We each had our own rooms with plenty of seating in the common areas for everyone. The house needs a little TLC but overall did not effect our trip at all. We had a issue during our stay and the owner was very quick to respond and have it fixed. all in all was a great location and very spacious house. Would definitely stay again if we have a large group going. Jay thanks again for everything!

Birthday retreat with family and friends

This Marathon house was the perfect escape for our mixed group. We planned this trip for a birthday celebration and excuse to visit the Keys. The house had plenty of kitchen space for group meals and very close to grocery store. Fantastic restaurants nearby or fresh fish and lobster at local fish stands. All of the bedrooms exceeded expectations - everyone had plenty of space. We spent most of our time in the pool and backyard. Bring your fishing poles and a light to entice the fish off the back deck at night. We also brought a boat - the location was easy access to the Atlantic or gulf- we really enjoyed seeing the manatees and tarpon in the canals. Super easy to recommend this property to our friends and family.
