Spring Break 2024

We really enjoyed our stay with our kids over spring Break! The Dock fishing was great as we landed 3 Tarpon,4 Nurse sharks right off the dock. The location is perfect for a boater or fisherman. We rented a 25' boat for the week and docked it on the Ocean side. My only comment would be that it would have been nice to have some cleats installed and maybe some large bumpers on site. Having rented a few homes in Marathon over the past 9 years I would rate this home as on of the best! We hope to return! The Zahn Family

Beautiful Location

The home is beautiful along with the location. The kids loved swimming in the pool and fishing on the property. We rented a boat for 5 days and it was nice to be able to dock it at the house. The layout of the home worked for everyone. Just a few inconveniences. The light for the pool, the table in the kitchen along with the lights on the porch did not work our entire stay despite having reported it to the management company. The sheets throughout were less than I would expect for a home like this. No top sheets on bunk beds, king bed the sheet did not fit. Was veery loose and uncomfortable. No king size pillowcases and the pillows were very flat. The grill should be replaced. The burners were all broken but was usable during our stay. Having access to the corn hole boards and paddle boards would have made our outdoor time much more enjoyable. This was my first rental with someone other than the owner of the property. I will stay away from rental agencies and stick with properties that the owners rent directly.

Perfect location

This was the perfect house for our group. Two couples and the kids got the bunk room. Great views, private pool was awesome, kitchen had everything we needed, laundry, tv in the rooms, the location was perfect and a spot for the boat. Hope to stay again next year.

Serenity now!

We have been vacationing in Marathon for years and this is the best house we have stayed in so far! Great for fisherman and for those that like having coffee/cocktails on a shaded balcony every day while looking at the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The secure space in the garage with a bait freezer was very helpful for storing all our fishing gear and made it easy to take off and on the boat. Already booked for next year! The Malins

We had a great time. The house was super clean, well organized and very comfortable. The check-in process was easy, and the property manager was very responsive. The location is great too - close to restaurants and activities, with easy access to the ocean for boats.

Peace in Marathon

Property is beautiful and has an outstanding view. Central location is perfect for exploring the Keys. House was small, but perfect for two couples. Hot tub did not work, but manager was prompt to call repairman. Unfortunately the issue could not be resolved during our stay.
