My friends and i enjoyed our stay. Easy access to multiple restaurants and grocery items store. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great.

Short Winter Getaway

The property was great for our short winter getaway. Nice, quiet location on the beach and the pool was nice too. Will definitely be going back if we make another trip to the area and would have loved to stay longer.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Cocoplum in Marathon! The place was perfect for our family of five and the location was awesome. We had everything we needed for our stay and if we had any questions, they were answered quickly. Thank you for making our visit to the Keys so memorable:)

Wonderful Spot in the Keys

This was a great stay for my family at a very reasonable cost. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and it is close enough to shops on Marathon. We also easily traveled to Key west for an afternoon and back.

Had a wonderful stay at CocoPlum! Place was very clean, spacious, air worked amazingly, loved having the personal washer and dryer downstairs and loved the pool and private beach! Would 1000% stay again!

Narron Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Coco Plum. Relaxing on the beach was awesome and the villas are close to many shops and restaurants. Being midway of the Keys makes a day trip to Key West enjoyable. We plan to come again soon!

This is an older place but it was clean. The hot tub is wonderful and the pool is great and clean. Other reviews mention stairs and there are an outside one as well as a spiral one inside. We didn’t have any problems but some might. We are already talking about staying here next year.

Coco plum resort —key colony!

It was an old resort, but everything inside was updated. Everything was new. Bathrooms were great. Very clean. Met all of our needs. Pool was excellent hot tub, good and working but old beautiful views on the beach would definitely stay here again, thank you I can’t remember the name of the place.

Family vacation

The place is so beautiful very quite, the property manager is nice he tell us some info like where to fish and other stuff.He let us borrow some tools to fix something to our motorcycle. The check process is so smooth. We got everything we need inside the house. We will come back for sure!

Coco Plum Beach

We were upgraded to beachfront when we arrived due to some onsite construction. We were very appreciative of the move. It made our stay there even better. The staff members were helpful and visible throughout our week-long stay. The property was very clean, quiet, and relaxing. My only warning/suggestion for those looking into these units is to be sure you can climb stairs. The units are a flight up off the ground and then the bedrooms and bathrooms are another flight up a spiral staircase.

Too weeks of quiet and sun

We stayed at what could be described as the most quiet resort you could find. The beach was very clean. If you know the Keys, there's a seaweed problem around January. A tractor moved it everyday. A nice hot tub on the premises. Each unit had a washer dryer. Very spacious units. Unique design.
