Palm Villa - Sleeps 6, Boat Slip Available

This Villa has a CALIFORNIA KING BED in the Master Bedroom & a Queen Bed in the guest room plus Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room .......We offer The Cabana Club in Key Colony Beach for your stay, a short ride south which has a Large Pool, Beach, Tiki Bar & Grill for our guests... Email for details in securing passes for your stay...Our guests do not have access to the pool/lagoon areas & kids club amenities at the Resort. We offer a 35 Foot Boat Slip (optional) located in Lake Lucille (resort small boat basin) approximately 200 yards from our Villa. We use Grassy Key Marina or Hawks Cay Marina for launch and storage. This is to be arranged by the guest. Local Attractions include the Dolphin Research Center, Sea Aquarium & Turtle Hospital. Local beaches to visit include Curry Hammock, Long Key, Sombrero Beach & Bahia Honda State Park. Enjoy the view of lush palm trees surrounding the villa from an upper and lower deck and walk a few short steps to the beautiful turquoise waters where you can jump on your boat from your dock rental or just stroll the dock and perhaps see a Manatee....

We have provided everything you need for your vacation or time away. Two bedrooms upstairs, each bedroom with its own private bath. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels.

Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals to enjoy on your outside deck. There is also a dining area with seating for six and living area with 55-inch flat screen smart TV with cable.

We are located at Mile Marker 61 at The Village at Hawks Cay on Duck Key between Islamorada and Marathon. Both towns offer many great restaurants and shopping. You can also swim with the Dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center or at Theater by the Sea as well as at the Hawks Cay Resort. Key West is only 61 miles south making it a great day trip for culture, food, and shopping.

Birthday Getaway!

Clean, great location, quiet, nice hot showers after a day on the beach! Cabana Club offered pool,food and drink and private beach! Donna was excellent communicator! Would definitely visit again!

My wife and I had a nice time. The home is as advertised and Donna was helpful throughout. Her restaurant recommendations were on point! The neighbors were a bit noisy but that happens any where. We would stay again.

Very nice. Midway from everything. About 1 hour and 15 minutes from key west . Sombrero beach is a must. We would definitely rent again .

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It worked well for what we needed. The boat slip add on was easy to access with a short walk and the boat was perfectly protected in the basin.

Wonderful Trip

Beautiful property. Excellent location, midway between Key Largo and Key West. Well maintained property, yard, trees and setting out on the porch was so relaxing. Toured up and down through the Keys and was so awesome to come back to such a comforting place felt just like home!

The home was immaculate and very nicely furnished. Very comfortable - beds were great. Lovely decks upstairs and down. Community is well-kept and attractive. Basics like salt/pepper, paper goods, dish detergent, laundry detergent provided, which was great. This was our second stay here and it very much met our needs. Lovely place!

Never a bad trip to The Keys

We have been to The Keys multiple times and this is the first property we have stayed in on Duck Key/Marathon. While I was apprehensive about not having access to the resort pool and amenities, it did not affect our trip one bit. The Cabana Club at Key Colony was awesome! The beach and pool were great and we met so many nice people!

Great rental

Working kitchen, working washer and dryer and a oversize dining table. Seriously that table is way too big for the living room. Other than that Mike and the townhouse is great. Highly recommend it.

Spring Break at Hawk’s Cay

Hawk’s Cay is such a beautiful resort, everything is impeccably maintained. We enjoyed our stay in the Villa- very well taken care of and comfortable home, and conveniently located on the property. Duck Key is in a great location- it is close to Islamorada and Marathon, tons to do nearby. The only downside is not being able to use the pools or play areas (sand courts, etc) on property. Which is stated in the listing- this was as advertised. It was tough with kids to see the places on site, but not be able to go. That being said, we had a fantastic time snorkeling, boating, exploring and eating all of the delicious food in The Keys! The home is lovely and the owner’s are very responsive to questions. I would definitely recommend!

Duck Key Condo

Property was clean, bathrooms small and closets very small. Had to leave items in suitcase. Mstr Bedroom didn't have much room on each side of bed. It was fine and owner was nice. Paid for Cabana Club, didn't realize it was 8 miles away to go swim and beach was dirty. Wish I hadn't paid the money, the day I went it was packed with kids and people. Not my idea of relaxing.
