Beach front studio with stunning sea view

  • This studio is situated on one of the best beaches of the Costa del Sol, in Elviria, Marbella.
    It enjoys an unparalleled view of the Mediterranean Sea and the dunes. In the morning, you can have breakfast while admiring the sunrise and listening to the sound of the waves until the evening. You'll also have front-row seats for the sunset, which offers a magnificent spectacle and a unique view of the African coasts.

    This studio has a small equipped kitchen, a double bed (160cm), a wardrobe and a bathroom with toilet.
    The terrace is overlooking the gardens and the beach with a breathtaking sea view.

    The apartment is located in a completely gated complex with direct access to the beach. The residence has swimming pools and beautiful gardens.

    You will find parking spaces within the complex, but there is no private parking spot. Free parking is also available on the street.

    Also, you will find within walking distance a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Espectacular terraza encima del mar

Es un estudio pequeño, pero tiene todo lo que hemos necesitado para tener una estancia maravillosa, y disfrutar de unos días de playa, cierto es que solo tiene una estancia donde está la cama el sofá y la cocina, armarios empotrados y una barra alta que da servicio mesa la terraza es lo mejor con amacas y mesa disfrutando del mar.de mesa

Description of Apartment was spot on and in excellent (new) condition throughout! Position and balcony had great views. Well equipped with 2 loungers. Air conditioning excellent and new bathroom facilities perfect! Microwave/oven lacked instructions which would have helped a couple of nights!Really enjoyed our stay only 5 mins walk from beach/ restaurant and 10-15 walk to Elviria centre shops /bars /restaurants.Only downside was lack of sun-beds by the pool which was a bit frustrating. Also the pool not cleared of sand from beach enough!Slightly overpriced than property nearby we have previously stopped in but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to couples!Sebastien our contact was excellent throughout our visit the couple of times we needed him!!
