The kitchen is open and fully equipped with all the utensils you require to prepare your favorite recipes and a six-seat dining room. Additionally, you will have a spacious balcony with an additional outdoor dining area and two sofas with a coffee table to enjoy the perfect city weather with your best company.

For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
