Frank and the staff are the best! They are so kind and run a great easy-stay hotel. If you are looking for a basic room to rest your head in while you explore Marbella this is the place for you. Great location next to the old town, close walk to the beach and beautiful views from the rooms. It also has THE BEST air conditioning and free fast wifi.

The hotel was nice, great location. The A/C did not work and we did not want to go through the trouble of asking to get it fixed as we were there a short period.

This is a TERRIFIC location in Marbella. Highly recommend it for that, plus the staff (especially the owner's son) were most friendly. Also, the AC, was outstanding which is so important when it is hot. However, do not expect any amenities, at all. There is no coffee/tea hotpot, and the rooms are very basic, the shower is fine just a little older per design. Tis a shade up on price based on its simplicity - BUT, you're right next to Old Town Marbella and the beach is only a 10-15 minute walk. I would absolutely stay here again. My room wasn't quite ready and on a hot day they gave me a beer while waiting.

Don Alfredo is a little run down, but the staff were very friendly, and the location was great for dining and reasonable for getting to the beach.
