Elegant, apprpachable luxury in a great location

We had a lovely, muli-level room with pool and ocean views. The property was elegant, yet very comfortable and approachable. The staff was very attentive, without being intrusive, and the on-property dining options, and beautiful rooftop lounge and pool area were fantastic.

We only stayed one night at Kimpton Los Monteros, but it was more than enough to leave us impressed. The hotel has a truly special atmosphere – perfect for switching off and enjoying a romantic break, even if it’s a short one. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, with kind and attentive service. The room was beautiful, very comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. Even though it was a brief stay, we had time to relax, enjoy the amazing breakfast, and simply disconnect from the routine. We definitely left wanting more, and we’ll be back for sure. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a unique and charming experience in Marbella.

Personnel très à l’écoute, disponible et pour la plupart souriant. Cet hôtel est superbe mais entouré uniquement d’un quartier de maisons et en bord de route. Très pratique lorsqu’on loue un véhicule mais sinon pas proche de restaurants, magasins et autre. Les transats au bord de la piscine sont rapidement pris. Heureusement que le personnel enlève les linges. Une organisation très appréciée. Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour le calme, la tranquillité et les jolies chambres.

Hankala sijainti, ei mitään kävelyetäisyydellä. SPA ei ollut vielä auki, tästä ei mainittu missään. Huoneiden siivouksen suhteen puutteita, ei muistettu tarkistaa kylpyhuoneen papereiden täyttötarvetta, sängyt välillä petaamatta vielä illalla, puhtaita laseja ei oltu tuotu yms. Minibaarin tuotteet hinnoiteltu aivan yli kaiken hintatason. Parin yön jälkeen jouduimme vaihtamaan huonetta suihkuviemärin hajun takia. Aamiainen oli hieno mutta puutteita löytyi ihan tavallisissa asioissa kuten leivän päällisissä. Hotellin allasalue oli suljettu vaikka keli oli välillä aivan sopiva altaalla istuskeluun. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja tilat tosi kauniisti sisustettu. Vielä on kuitenkin matkaa viiteen tähteen!
