The property is equipped with electronic key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you the morning of your check-in. Additionally, a property information booklet will be included with your door code. This booklet contains all the relevant property information, like wifi network names & password as well as house rules and check out procedures. From the Owner: We have a large family and enjoy renting private homes during our vacations. We’ve put a lot of love and care into our lake home to make our experiences and yours more enjoyable. We especially love the large, no wake cove and the fun times it allows our kids to experience. We truly hope you enjoy Splash Time!
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, please be mindful of these restrictions
- A completed Rental Agreement and Check-In form are required to complete the reservation. Access will not be granted before both forms are completed.
