Summer House Nina

Summer House Nina is a perfect place for a peaceful vacation (in the night you can hear the crickets chirping :)) or a place to take a rest while exploring Istria, only 2 km away from beautiful natural beaches.

The house is divided into five separate units (three apartments and two studios) with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, three kitchens, and three living rooms.
In the large yard, you can enjoy a swimming pool (35 m²), sun deck, outdoor kitchen with grill and spacious dining area in the shade, playground for kids, mini football field...

The house is located a 5-minute walk from a small village market and a 30-minute drive from the major towns of Istria (Pula, Medulin, Premantura, Rovinj, Labin, Rabac..).

Pavićini is our place to escape from city life, relax in the country, and enjoy the morning silence. We love organic food and grow organic vegetables and olives near the property. You can text or call us anytime during your stay if you have any questions. We can recommend some trips for you or share our favorite places for you to visit.
