Beautiful single-family house "Villa Valentina", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Loborika 6 km from the centre of Pula, in a quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 8 km from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), small garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (32 m2, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 26.Sep.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 250 m, restaurant 350 m, bus stop 250 m, sandy beach 11 km pebble beach 8 km. Surf school 13 km, tennis 11 km, riding stable 13 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: Amphitheater 7 km. Swimming pool with hydromassage. Youth groups are not allowed.
4-room house 145 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), DVD and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Forced-air heating. Terrace 10 m2, roofed, terrace 20 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the garden. Facilities: safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Traumhaus

Abgelegen in einer ruhigen Gegend steht diese wunderschöne Villa. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit willkommen und wie zu Hause. Von so einem Haus träumt man. Wir fuhren jeden Tag an einen anderen Strand. Wenn einem die Fahrerei nicht stört ist dies der perfekte Urlaub!
