Schönes Haus mit wundervollen Blick aufs Meer

Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet mit einer schöner Terrasse zum Meer. Die Küche hatte leider etwas wenig Arbeitsplatz um für viele Menschen zu kochen. Auch waren nicht genügend Tassen vorhanden. Sehr praktisch war die Einteilung der Zimmer mit den 3 Bäder. Leider gingen alle Zimmertüren schwer auf und zu, weil die nicht richtig eingestellt waren. Der privater Zugang zum Meer und die Privacy in sich haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Am Strand war viel Seegras, was schon längere Zeit nicht weg geräumt wurde. Das Grundstück war riesig und für Hunde super nur leider nicht komplett eingezäunt, was zur Folge hatte, daß wir Wildschwein Besuch hatten. Inzwischen wurde vorne angebaut und die Bilder online sind nicht mehr aktuell. Preis/Leistung war super.

È la seconda volta che affittiamo questa casa...ne siamo innamorati!! Posizione stupenda, alloggio spazioso...È stato anche sistemato l'esterno con un'altra terrazza sul mare.... Bellissimo... grazie! e grazie anche a Fabio, sempre disponibile per ogni necessità!!

Nicht überzeugende Unterkunft

Vorab: Lage und Größe des Objekts sind außergewöhnlich! Leider gibt es doch einige Kritikpunkte, die eine 4-oder5-Sterne Bewertung nicht zulassen. So sind die Terrassenmöbel nur einfache Bänke ohne Rückenlehnen und Auflagen und einfache Holz/Kunststoff-Tische . Da man sich doch zu 90% draußen aufhält ist das eher unbequem. Die Betten sind durchgelegen, Kreuzschmerzen vorprogrammiert. Von Freitag bis Sonntag ist die Nachtruhe durch Discolärm bis morgends um 6 (!) Uhr doch arg eingeschränkt. Alles in allem für dieses Preiskategorie (ca.570.-€/ Tag) nicht zufriedenstellend.
