Great Central Location, Great Building and Great Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Admiralty House is Centrally located within walking distance to Beaches, Houses of Worship Restaurants/Bars and Supermarkets. I rarely used my car. The Admiralty House is friendly and luxury building with a fantastic staff, friendly owners/renters, fantastic pool and large storage for beach items. This unit contains 2 bedrooms each with King size beds and their own full size bathrooms. The linens and towels were all new. The towels by Vera Wang were so soft and good that I am purchasing them for my home. Each Bedroom along with the Living room had views of the Gulf, Pool and Beach's. I could see from the South Beach all the way up to Tigertail Beach. The Balcony was the length of the 3 rooms furnished with tables chairs. The Sunsets were fantastic along with being able to view the ocean and beach 24/7. The unit had all new high quality appliances. The building/location and unit were so fantastic that I was looking to rent the following year after 3 days. Marco Island Vacation Properties were very attentive to my needs and quickly followed up with the owner on any of my questions. I had a problem with one of the locks on the storage lockers which was addressed within 1 hour with the Marco Island Vacation Rental Team spending 1 1/2 hours to fix instead waiting for a locksmith to come out days later. I am fully and fantastically happy that I chose rent Unit 1203 in the Admiralty house from Marco Island Vacations.
