With BREATHTAKING expansive views of the Factory Bay, Marco River and the Jolley Bridge can be enjoyed from this screened lanai. The lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy the daily dolphin and manatee sightings, water sports, reading, morning sunrise or a nice meal.
This unit is located in the preferred building ''A'' with the best views in all of this community!! This condo has a in unit stackable washer/dryer, king size bed, modern kitchen and bathroom. There is a one time $30 parking fee

Watching the dolphins from our room or relaxing at the pool was unbelievable.Room was as described, spacious and very clean. Had everything we needed.Very laid back area.
