Cute Beach Apt

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The apt looks exactly as in the picture. It is within walking distance of many restaurants. The layout is ideal for a family of 4-6 people. The kitchen is well equipped for meal prep and the pots are decent. However the dishes were on the small side and beverage and wine glasses need to be replaced. The mattresses need replacement as well. It was very clean with the exception of the terrace. It was a bit unkept and windows need to be washed. Patio furniture needs updating. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and other misc. beach items which were very helpful. We had a minor bug issue and reached out to the management company and they scheduled pest control. The building and grounds/pool area are well maintained. Having said all this, I’d recommend the property.
