  • Attractive southern exposure with direct access to the Gulf. Located just 1 mile away from Smokehouse Bay and in the Tigertail area neighborhood. Home boasts tall sliding glass doors with neutral finishes, open floor plan and highly desired southern sun. This home is light, bright and airy throughout the day. Lanai was designed with comfort and relaxation as it is a large space with heated pool and several chaise loungers to soak up the Florida sun. Outside dining seats 8 comfortably.

Everything and more!

This house has everything you need and more! Fantastic location, quiet neighborhood, and beautiful house inside and out. The outdoor space is incredible!! So much seating, pool, hot tub, tv, dock, etc. This is where we spent most of our time! I would absolutely stay in the house again.

It is a great property that is well equipped. The pool was heated so we could use it even when it was cold. Lots of outdoor and indoor space.

Marco Island 2023

The property was very well kept and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our cooking needs. The pool was a nice alternative to going to the beach. There were several beach chairs and a wagon that we used at the beach which was a welcomed convenience. We are planning a trip next year back to Marco Island and would rent this same house if it is available.

Excellent home needs a few things

Great home great location. Just needs little things to make stay more comfortable. New bedding would be great. Sheets old comforts old. We actually bought a new one and left it for next visitors. Flatware and plates and dishes have several chips in them. Just needs to be gone through to make tenets feel like there not offered second hand admenities in a 5 star home.

Great property

Property was amazing. I do feel the washing machine needs replaced. It would keep stopping because it was off balance. I could tell a small dog satyed offten becauae i could find hair throughout the home. The cushions outside need replacement and so does the outside television. These little things wouldnt stop me from staying at this property again. It had great location and was well taken care of. Any questions taken care of quickly

Amazing stay really happy with the house

The property was everything in the description and more the pool was great and clean, had a jacuzzi which was a plus! The house was super comfortable for my family very clean and had everything we needed. The dock was big enough for the boat (25'), clean and enough rubber bumpers to keep it from getting damaged.

Great property

Overall great place. Very clean and well maintained. Had lots of beach towels and kitchen amenities. Actually has hot tub I didn’t see in the listing, so was very happy about that. But the pool was not heated which was extra, they did send someone out and guy said reading different temps but never heard back after that. Thankfully it was warm out. Could use some more wash cloths, we had just enough for one shower each a day so had to wash everyday… but overall worked very nice for our family! Would stay here again.
