The property was great within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. However the condo we rented needed updated and definitely dirty carpet removed. It is listed that it has a washer and dryer in the condo, but it was a combination washer/dryer that didn’t dry or wash.

Great location and nice amenities. The condo has nice, newer furnishings but the bathroom & kitchen need updating. Washer/Dryer in unit is a bonus but directions would have been nice.

Amazing vacation experience!

We chose this condo for our first family & friends trip to Marco Island. We were very pleased with the location, the condo & especially Horizon Rentals. The view from the condo was good; there's a tiki bar as well. We enjoyed a late night cocktail & walk around the property. Horizon Rentals was the star of the show here. We ended up renting two different condos (for our large group), in the same building-- both rentals through Horizon. They made check in & check out so easy. Definitely would recommend!

Marco over Christmas Break

The property was sufficient and the right size. It needs to be noted that the property is extremely dated. This ended up being an issue as the 26 year old water heater went out during our stay and needed to be replaced. This ended up costing us the loss of an entire day as the property management company ended up moving us throughout the day to another location for the remainder of our trip. Please note that the property management company was EXCELLENT. This falls more on the owner of the property and their not having the unit updated.
