“Beautiful grounds and environment, very idillic and scenic. We were able to catch a stunning sunset on the first night. However, the sunrise was blocked by a hill. The breakfast was decent with a good selection. The staff was friendly. We came in late March, so the grapevines were just stubs. Also, their Michelin restaurant was closed so we had to drive out to get dinner. Also none of the wine tours had started yet, and there were no free wine in the rooms (although you can purchase bottles)”

“Very clean, well situated hotel to many Tuscan hotspots. Amazing view from our room of neighboring hilltop villages. Kind of magical stuff. The staff could not have been more accommodating. We had a massage as well and so glad we did. Completely relaxing and rejuvenating. The attached restaurant had very good food as well. We ate there both nights of our stay. ”

“Beautiful hotel. Great food. Nice staff. Beware of the location…. We arrived by train and was forced to get transportation to the hotel which cost us 200 euros. The hotel is 45 minutes from the train station and it is a ghost town. There are no taxis available at the train station. Make your arrangements before arrival. ”
