「Unfortunately never found the hotel as the map locator was 15 miles away. Looked for an hour on the map locator and couldn't find. Hopefully they fixed it now. DO NOT GO TO PORTOBELO village to find this hotel. Maps wrong.」

「Spacious unit. Easy check in. So look 」

「good place to live」

「100 % recomendable」

「Room super clean!」

「Worst place Ever, do not go there」

「Fijn klein zwembad, mooi uitzicht.

At dinner, they were out of every menu item I selected. 5th choice for dinner. Lucky, there was only one other menu item left.」

The air condition worked great. The pool was a big plus .The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My biggest concern was lack of communication when we tried via Expedia to get more information about directions and check-in. However, it worked ok in the end.」

「This is not an apartment in Portobelo like the map indicates. It's a house about a mile outside of town and it's a bit rundown. The AC can't keep up with the heat and the entire house has a slight musty smell. I left 2 weeks ago and I still can't get the musty smell out of my CPAP machine. We left early after only 2 nights because the house was so hot and and uncomfortable. The host was great. Very friendly and responsive and he provided great information on local attractions, but he was...
