“This little unit smelled lovely upon entering, and it had everything we needed; shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, coffee, snacks etc. perfect for anyone traveling light. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Would use it again!”

“The Winnebago rental was a first for me. It was different but fun. The bed was very comfortable and the property was very quiet. The Winnebago is parked in front of the house, about 30 feet from the road. Despite that the place was quiet with no noise from the street. I’d bring some silverware if you were going to do any major cooking. The refrigerator and freezer were good size. I used the backyard pool briefly and that was nice. The property has 3 rentals on it as well as the host and……

“Jennifer's Cottage Room in Summerland, CA was a cozy little refresher. Trees and vines make for an intimate green space (check out the pictures.) Jennifer's was my getaway from noise, cement and traffic in LA. Great for a single or a couple. Summerland, California is a nice little sea side town just minitues from Santa Barbara. There are a wide variety of activities in the area, sun and sand, surfing lessons, vineyard tours, horseback riding--something for everyone. Just go and enjoy yourself!”

“The surrounding landscape is definitely nice - there's a creek right below, and there are a lot of birds around the property. However, I felt mislead. The trailer is basically in the driveway of a larger house, with another in-law type unit, and another trailer. It all felt very cramped. Nowhere on the listing did it mention sharing the property in that way... It felt a bit like being crammed into a suburban driveway. The WiFi didn't work at all in our trailer, and it smelled very musty/strongly……
