Modern one bedroom apartment with big garden, ideal for vacation. It also has a nice terrace in front of the entrance.

It's located in the house just 80m from the few beaches with crystal clear sea.

Garden is 250 m2 shared,with table and chairs which are free to use,outside fireplace,and free parking space.


***** Apartment 2:

IMPORTANT - Maximum capacity of the apartment is four adults and one child. Please do not make reservation for five adults.

You'll enjoy your stay in this modern and romantic comfortable apartment with terrace in front of the entrance in out beautiful garden.

House is located in small town Vinisce, just 80m from the crystal clear sea with lots of beaches.

It's on the ground floor of the private house called Villa Nada and has one bedroom.

House also has a large 250 m2 garden with outside fireplace and table and chairs which is free to use and shared with guests of our other two apartments.

Position of the house is ideal for having a quiet vacation and still be close to the town center. House is located 80m from the nearest beach and 150m from the center of Vinisce.

Apartment has a living room, one bedroom, modern kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Bedroom has one cozy double bed and living room has one double sofa and one single bed.

Kitchen is equipped with dishes, stove and fridge with freezer so you can prepare tasty meals.

Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

Washing machine is in the owners apartment. You can wash your wardrobe once a week for free.

Iron and ironing board can also be provided.

Baby cot can be provided free of charge, please contact in advance.

Parking spot and all equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

It can also be possible to arrange a meal and a boat trip around the place for a surcharge if the owners are free to do it at the time.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony.

Certain pets are also allowed, please contact in advance.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

***** The neighbourhood:

We are located in a quiet neighbourhood just bit outside of the center of town, ideal for family vacation and guests that want to have their own peace.

Vinisce is a small quiet fishing town located in a beautiful bay of clear sea and untouched nature. The town has several beautiful churches. In the surroundings there are several beautiful bays well known for their attractive pebble and sand beaches.

The place has a small ACI marine, restaurants and cafés. Vinisce is a place intended first of all for lovers of quiet family vacations in private apartments and the destination is suitable for those who wish to have their privacy.

Concerning activities, along with swimming and sunbathing, we can recommend surfing, sport and underwater fishing, and boat excursions. For those who love entertainment and night life, we recommend visiting nearby Trogir, Šibenik, Rogoznica, and Split.

It's also a great place to make one day trips to national parks Krka and Plitvice, UNESCO protected center of Split, Dubrovnik...making this place a great base for exploring Dalmatia.


***** Getting around:

The best way to get to us is by car.

Bus station is 150m away from the house.

If you are coming by airplane, we can arrange you transport from the airport to our house and back to the airport.
