“Brand new space! We were the first to stay in our particular unit. Plenty of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a split floorplan. In unit laundry and wrap around balcony were wonderful. Very nice kitchen and nicely stocked with everything we needed during our stay. A few kinks that need to be worked out, such as the 2 bedroom TVs couldn't connect to the internet to download any apps that we use (Netflix, Paramount, etc) so we could only watch them on the living room TV. Supposedly……

“Very convenient location. It was perfect for me as I simply needed a place to sleep and shower as I was visiting family. You can hear street traffic but that is to be expected as it’s an old building. I will definitely be renting again to visit family. ”

Left us a welcome gift and card plus a beautiful Christmas ornament to remember our delightful stay in 703 No problems easy access Decorated so pretty and beachy Had everything you need and beautiful view not only from balcony but wall of windows Extremely clean and lovely ”

“Excellent view and room just as described. Everything worked at the property - jacuzzis, pools, and steam room. As another reviewer noted, I had trouble with the air conditioning. However, after a terse conversation with owner, it was quickly remedied.”

“If I can give a zero, I would do!The room is premium location but terribly served. - Missing spare bedsheets (needed 2 days to have a spare and I was told to iron them).- Showering in a pond of water as the bathtub was slowly draining. Asked for a fix and it did not happen until we left (5 nights).- One day we lost the hot water and we could not use the shower at all (after a long day outside).- No stock of paper towels or toilet papers and we had to buy ours.The host was addressing the issues……

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was great, parking was easy. The kitchen has plenty of cooking necessities, and plenty of plates, silverware and cups. I was disappointed to find that several essentials like dish soap, paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper were in very short supply (basically one of each) Luckily we had a car and could go to the store for more. But there are a few things that need to be better.The fire alarm on the third floor is hanging out of the receptacle-……
