  • Enjoy a peaceful retreat in this mountain home located in the gated community of Grants Mountain with easy I-40 access. Featuring lots of natural light, open floor plan, fireplace & loft. Enjoy mountain views and cookouts on the spacious wrap around decks. A quiet location conveniently located in Marion, near Black Mountain, Lake James, Asheville, vineyards, hiking, waterfalls, golf and within minutes to grocery store, gas, and shopping. Paved roads and driveway.

    Living area has large sectional to curl up while streaming your favorite shows. Dining table seats 6 + 4 Bar stools at island. The main floor provides room to enjoy everyone's company. The gas fireplace adds to the winter enjoyment. Kitchen is fully equipped and games provided for fun.

    Gather around the cozy outdoor firepit and create lasting memories with friends and family. Let the crisp fall/winter air settle in, warm yourselves by the flickering flames while creating memories.

This property was perfect for my family. My sons have been going to summer camp in this area for many years, and we love spending time together before camp drop-off. This home is beautiful and spacious. It's also secluded (and quiet - HEAVEN), though close to everything you might need. Highly recommended.

The place was beautiful and very comfy, couch was super comfy,the deck was nice,views were great,only thing missing was a hot tub. Though we didn't utilize it the basement game room looked perfect to entertain children. The driveway was very steep tho,the front camera came in handy. Also was very close to many restaurants. Beautiful stay!! The house was exactly as tge pictures showed. It was clean, well-maintained, and impressively supplied in the kitchen and elsewhere. We loved the mountain views from the big windows and deck, and communication with the hosts was exceptional. Would definitely recommend!

Comforts of home

We enjoyed the comforts of home at this property. Having the outdoor fire pit was delightful. Meals out on the spacious deck were made spectacular by the gorgeous Mountain View. Our host was responsive and helped us feel at home as well.
