"When i got to my room there was a wasp in the window. I went to the desk and asked if they would take care of it. They were going to switch my ro i said no thats ok i was just wanting it removed. Im allergic to them so the staff came and kindly removed it for me."

"This is the only hotel in mount vernon so you don't have another option if you want to be near cornell college campus. A couple of things to point out are....they do not have any gf breakfast options other then scrambeled eggs and those are not always good,so plan ahead. The rooms are not always really clean,as mine didnt look like it had been vacuumed during my very recent stay. The on-site washer and dryer are old and do not run efficiently. The staff are always pleasant however."

"The property was beautiful. We rented it for our wedding, including the stable, and there was plenty of room for parking and for people to get ready. The house itself was gorgeous, and I loved having the history of it. It was very clean, check in and check out was super easy, and John was very nice and communicated in a timely manor and was very nice."
