Room 207 was far, far superior to other rooms in it's price range. A fireplace surrounded by overstuffed seating. Four poster bed. Dining table. Private balcony. Full size kitchen with dishwasher. The room was spotless. There was some wear to some of the wood furniture, but of no importance, given the overall ambiance, comfort, and price for this huge room. A true find.

We were looking for a place to stay for a trip to Yosemite. My number 1 priority in a hotel is cleanliness. The other hotels in the area didn’t get great ratings on this. 5th Street Inn had very high ratings on cleanliness so we booked a weekend with them and we were not disappointed!! It was immaculately clean, beds were super comfortable and we had a great stay! The town of Mariposa is a delightful small town with anything you could possibly need and 5th Street Inn is right in the heart of it!!

There is no staff. There is no ice for the rooms. We were told to go to the gas station across the street to buy a bag. The hair dryer in the bathroom did not work. The TV did not work, The beds were large and comfortable. There were phone charging ports in the room but they didn’t work. Location was close to town and restaurants.

The history, Ian was great parking was great. The rooms were great and the staff was really nice. We actually didn’t see the staff because they had a family emergency, however, they did leave us detailed instructions on how to enjoy their property. I’d stay here again in a minute.

The room was clean, perfect size and an unbelievably comfortable bed. Only thing that wasn't great, honestly had nothing to do with the facility/building itself, but what was going on across the street. Whatever the establishment was across the street, the people there were extremely loud, yelling, calling out obnoxious and obscene words/sentences and people standing around the entrance to it were extremely rude to people walking up and down the street but also making obscene gestures and saying rude things to me and my significant other as we attempted to relax on the balcony outside our room. I could tell that everyone there had been drinking.

This hotel was quiet, quaint, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. The room size was big and had a fridge, table and toaster. The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient—close to town and easy to get around. Check-in and check-out were both simple and hassle-free. Also if we needed fresh towels or coffee refills we just notify staff. That said, the rooms could use some updating. The towels felt worn, and the overall space looked a bit dated. Overall, it’s a cute place with a lot of charm—just in need of a refresh.
