「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

They worked with me, unfortunately due to the storm I couldn’t ask for anything better and literally I was five minutes from the airport from Fort Hill airport and five minutes to the army base. Definitely recommend coming here. 」

「The hotel looked nothing like t he one photo they had posted at hotels.com. there were dead crickets in the bathroom and under the sink and behind the door. The room had a terrible odor and smelled of cigarette and mold. The air conditioner was dirty and you could see a yellowish smoke stain in the face of the ac unit. The shower was old and disgusting and the toilet didnt work. A lady (I'm guessing a housekeeper or desk clerk) began telling us her life story of working for the cartel and...
