10/10 Stay in Marmaris
10/10 experience. We stayed at the deluxe 2-bed apartment and it was amazing. Ali is such a nice guy and this little gem of a hotel is just perfect for family holidays. Location, space, pool, you name it, it’s all just perfect. Will definitely be only staying there going forward in Marmaris.

Otel genel itibariyle temiz geniş bir oteldi. Havuzu güzeldi. Kahvaltısı açık büfe idi ama orta halli idi. Otel neredeyse tamamen yabancı turistler ile doluydu. Her şey onlara yönelik idi. Mesela Türk takımlarının maçları ortak lobilerde ve TV de yokken İngiltere ligi maçları her yerde yayınlanıyordu. Resepsiyonda Türkçe bilmeyen bir bayan dahi çalışıyordu. Minibar da su bile yoktu. Banyoda şampuan duş jeli filan yoktu. Otoparkı vardı araç parkında sorun yaşamadık. Çalışanların sürekli bizi İngiliz sanıp güler yüzlü konuşmaları Türkçe cevap verince somurtkan bir surata dönüşüyordu. Odalar günlük olarak temizlendi.Konumu gayet iyiydi. Klima yeniydi ve soğutması iyiydi

Fiyatına göre daha iyi olması gerekir
Verilen ücretin karşılığını tam olarak hakettiğini düşünmüyorum, vasat bir yerdi. Hotels.com üzerinde check in saati 13:00 gösteriyor fakat gittiğimizde 14:00 olduğunu belirttiler. Etrafı biraz dolaşıp zaman geçirdikten sonra 15:30 civarı tekrar otele döndük, odanın hazır olduğunu söylediler. Odaya girdik hiçbir temizlik yapılmamış, hiçbir şekilde hazırlanmamıştı. Tekrar temizlik için bekledik. Girişimiz oldukça geç oldu. Girdikten sonra odada havlu bulunmadığını farkettik, havlu talep ettiğimizde ertesi güne kadar hazır olmayacağını belirttiler. Memnuniyetsizliğimizi belli ettikten sonra havlu alabildik. Girişimiz rezalet oldu açıkçası. Yatakları çok rahat bulmadım, eskimiş baya yaylarından garip sesler geliyordu. Çalışanların genel olarak yardımcı olmaya çalışır bir havası vardı ancak işletme koşulları pek elvermiyordu sanırım.
Kahvaltısı her gün standart ama kötü değil, havuzu olması ve otel önünde park edecek alan olması + özelliklerinden.
Özetle bir daha Marmaris planı yaparsam kalacak yer olarak değerlendireceğim bir otel olmayacak.

Otel çalışanları yabancı misafilere hizmet vermekte. Türk misafirlerin taleplerine sorunlarina dönüş yapmamakta özellikle restauranr bölümü. Genel karşılama iyiydi. Yatagimiz kırık diye ilk giriş yaptığımız gün bildirmemize ragmen 3 gün sonra degistirildi. Kahvaltı çok zayif. Kat temizlik görevlileri iyiydi.

Beste hotellet i Marmaris. Super service og fantastisk mat. God plass og masse luft rundt bassenget. Det eneste negative er at de har gått fra å være et skandinavisk hotell til å ta inn fra alle land.
