「The setting was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and at home. Breakfast was fresh, abundant and super tasty. We loved the thermal saltwater pool and the poolside drink service. There was a communication problem with our reservation but they took care of it seamlessly and upgraded us to a big room with a spectacular view to make up for it. I hope to go back there again and recommend it wholeheartedly.」

「We went to Miramare for our 1 week honeymoon and loved every second of it. The room had a perfect balcony overlooking the sea, and makes for a perfect morning coffee spot. 「Loved this property. Right on the beach, family-owned business and they are so nice and welcoming. If you are ok with little to no AC (the room never gets that hot and they provide fans), and a bit of a schlep getting down the stairs to access the property, this is a 10/10.」

「This hotel is in an iconic location on the island. Its design feels like a retreat, and the staff are so kind and authentic. There are a wonderful number of pools of all temperatures, surrounded by wonderful views. Hotel offers some activities, including Yoga and special dinner events which are very enjoyable. 「We began our stay in Ischia recuperating from the trip at Samiramis. We moved Albergo Macri as a home base for day trips around Ischia and to Naples, Pozzuoli and the Amalfi Coast. We were very conveniently located to take ferries and buses for those day trips. There is an excellent restaurant just down the block, and many more around the port and further into Ischia Porto. The owners were very hospitable. Excellent value. 」
