This property was completely under renovation. The staff was absolutely tremendous and made accommodations for me at a different hotel. However pool/ hot tub and breakfast were out of commission… they were charging there normal rate,

Year-round hot tub with Lake Superior views
This was our third time staying at this house. We love the close proximity to Marquette Mountain and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. We also left some stuff in the house when we left and Amy went out of her way to get it back to us.

Downtown-Adjacent Historic Home / Modern Updates
The house was clean, in a good neighborhood, and walkable to downtown. It did seem like it is a remodel in progress. It feels sparse, instead of cozy and welcoming. There are old house quirks (per another review, the shower upstairs does get hot- the cold and hot water is plumbed backwards).

Holiday Inn Marquette by IHG
Impeccably clean and friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Dinner from the restaurant (we ordered room service,) was tasty and prompt. Breakfast was a huge disappointment, however.
