Ryad parfait pour un court séjour découverte

Petit Ryad sans prétentions mais bien placé sans être dans le bruit de la Médina. Propre, personnel serviable, grandes chambres. Petits travaux de rénovation à faire (a quoi sert une baignoire quand le ballon d’eau chaude ne peut pas la remplir ;) Globalement très positif.

Basic comfortable Riad

A very nice and simple Riad. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. The rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for somewhere to sleep whilst being out and about all day, this is the place. If you’re hoping for luxury, sunbathing and pool life- perhaps try somewhere else. The “pool” is more of a water feature and the roof terrace is very small, with no view.

Muy gentiles y acogedores. Como en la mayoria de los riadska habitacion era pequeña y daba sobre el patio algo que la hace un poco expuesta a los ruidos de la mañana. Pero el lugar es encantador

Dar Balthazar Riad

We just returned from our stay at Dar Balthazar in Marrakech. I would like to say a big thank you to Jamilla and her brother Abdul who were so helpful and kind. Jamilla cooked us a wonderful meal on our arrival (lemon chicken tagine and fruit salad) which I would recommend and they were so helpful regarding trips etc. The rooms we had were comfortable and clean, however if I had to make some improvements, it would have been great to have a TV in the room! Also some better quality towels than were provided and some shower gel, as there was only provided one tiny bar of soap through out whole stay. The Wifi worked great with good reception in our room. We spent time sunbathing on the roof in the afternoons which was great. I would say it is an adequate riad to stay in but nothing special. The location was good for the square and we walked everywhere we wanted to go, 45 minute walk to new town and all attractions pretty close by.

Odisea en marrakech

Desde que entre al riad fue una odisea, nos acompaño una persona local para guiarnos al sitio y cuando llegamos nos exigia el pago. El "recepcionista" del riad se puso a hablar con el y empezaron a reirse de nosotros mientras nos señalaban, hasta que no pagamos no cerró la puerta. Acto seguido el "recepcionista" nos dijo que le pagasemos, no aceptaba tarjeta asi que menos mal que teniamos efectivo. La situación era bastante incomoda por todo lo vivido, pero la cosa fue a peor cuando nos preguntó el "recepcionista" que cuando ibamos a desayunar le dijimos que le diriamos en 30 minutos y nos dijo que lo tenia que saber ya (algo que no entiendo porque desayunamos unos cachos de pan duros y un croissant) Tampoco habia gel ni champoo en la habitación, le preguntamos si podia darnos y nos dijo que al dia siguiente...algo sorprendente porque nosotros (gracias a dios) ibamos a estar solo una noche de modo que era inutil. Tuvimos que ir a comprar. El wifi iba a patadas El riad estaba bien (si bien habría que retocar algunas cositas), al cesar lo que es del cesar, pero nos sentimos maltratados y niguneados. No volvería ni de broma

RIAD très calme au fond d'une ruelle

Le RIAD est très bien placé au cœur de la Médina, 12 mn à pieds de la place Jemaa el Fna, pas très loin du souk des teinturiers. Accueil très sympathique, confort de la chambre super et un très bon petit déj en terrasse ! Très bonne adresse.

Nous n'avons profité de l'hôtel qu'un après-midi et une nuit. Malgré le départ très tôt du matin nous avons eu un vrai petit déjeuner servi par une personne charmante et très discrète.

Un très beau Riad,un bon petit déjeuner et surtout Djamila qui s'occupe du Riad, qui seras au petit soin pour vous,elle donne de très bon conseil de visite et connait une bonne adresse pour les massages.

great place and even better service

The place was great it was very clean and the customer service was amazing the host spoke English and few other languages. Helped set up desert tour and other activities and told us about places to see when in marrakech. The place is only 10 min walking distance to the main madina square and also very close to other great attractions.

Hyggelig lille Riad - bedre end prisen

Meget hyggelig lille Riad tæt på Souken og den store farverige plads. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelige, men passer fint til prisen for en overnatning. Værelset var stort og meget hyggeligt indrettet - passede godt til 1001Nat, hvad der er den bedste beskrivelse af Marrakech. Vil klart anbefale, hvis man kan gå på kompromis med luxus og gerne vil have noget mere autentisk!

5 nuits dans ce charmant Riad et le personnel était aux petits soins. Seul bémol : la literie trop dure mais apparement, c'est général au pays car nous sommes ensuite allés à Essaouira et c'était le même problème...

Un séjour très agréable dans la Médina

Un accueil à l'aéroport avec un transfert jusqu'au Riad situé en plein coeur de la Medina de Marrakech. Les petits déjeuné sont copieux et les dîners au Riad juste excellent et le tout pour un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Je recommande vivement le RIAD DAR BALTHAZAR !

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Personnel très sympathique et accueillant.La chambre était propre et assez spacieuse. Le logement est bien situé, proche des lieux touristiques, mais pas évident à trouver si vous ne connaissez pas Marrakech. (comme tous les Riyad d'ailleurs)
