Brilliant week’s stay at Es Saadi resort palace. We had a Ksar room (essentially a small house with two bedrooms) - hotel, pool, service and staff were all brilliant. Hotel is within walking distance of the Medina and all town, as well as Menara Mall and modern facilities. Fully recommend

An exceptional stay at Es Saadi Palace. Truly a home away from home. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail make it a place we keep coming back to. A special thank you to Hanan for her kindness and for arranging a room for us to rest after check-out before our late departure such a thoughtful gesture. We will always choose this hotel

unfortunately the bed was not set properly and the outdoor cushions were also not set on the lounge chairs before my arrival. so I had to wait for the maids to show up and do the bed. I scheduled a tennis lesson 8am and the coach did not show up. Pool Staff was not very friendly and required me to seat in a specific place far from my Ksar to make their lives easy when there was seats available near it. The excuse was rain was coming at night. It was 1pm. My butler Mehdi was great and extremely friendly! A great pool and breakfast.
