We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely, very spacious, comfortable and luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedsheets were so soft, which made it feel even more luxurious. The food was also really nice and overall we had a wonderful stay. The only downside is that the drinks are quite expensive. For example, a gin and tonic is around £15, so you’re really looking at London prices. I was also very surprised by the difference in taxi prices. Our taxi to the hotel cost around £18, but when we asked the hotel to arrange a taxi back to the airport, we were quoted around £100, which seemed extremely expensive considering the journey. Apart from that, we really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely recommend it. It was a lovely, relaxing stay and felt very luxurious.

Great service and hospitality. Good selection of restaurants with live music on most nights. Rooms are spacious and we were given an upgrade, - thanks. Breakfast selection and service is fantastic.

Beautiful resort about 30 minute drive from Marrakech. Huge rooms and great service (albeit at breakfast it was painful trying to get the correct coffee order before lunchtime). Pools are fantastic, they’re heated all year round. Our children loved playing in them. The food is limited however. The restaurants are limited. Five are advertised but at dinner there are only two plus a sushi bar in the main bar. Very expensive food, although delicious. There’s no dinner buffet which is a big miss with children. We got bored of the menu and irritated by the prices compared to port inn size. A plate of meatballs from the kids’ menu arrived as five tiny IKEA quality meatballs with no pasta. Pasta was an extra charge. Incredible! I would recommend hiring a car so you can explore and eat out easily. There is a good (free) hotel shuttle but only two return trips a day. Local taxis difficult to get and hotel taxis expensive. Concierge were very helpful however.

First of all the resort is very private and it has a very large pool. Also the golf course attached is amazing. The view is priceless. Literally every personel were very nice, sweet and helpful. Special thanks to Miri (Host), Tlhame Hoummadi (Bar), Oumaïma Aloaui(Hostes Poolbar), Zakaria(Bar). They made our stay memorable.

Beautiful suites with attention to detail, very well maintained. Staff were excellent from front desk to house keeping, polite, courteous & very professional.
