Bad location...staff not helpful
The location is far from the centre and medina which took dh60 to medina. The air con of the room was not working..we required to change another room or repair it....the staff kept ignoring us..made us very disappointed. The swimming pool is nice and there is a balcony in every room. But overall I won't recommend ppl live in here coz it didn't deserve this price.

Hôtel toujours bien entretenu . Personnel très agréable . Piscine très propre avec la personne des serviettes toujours agréable depuis des années et au petit soin des clients, chambre très agréable et propre, jardin impeccable. Un endroit vraiment reposant et tranquille malgré les travaux qu’il y a en ce moment . C’est vraiment un endroit que j’apprécie énormément pour me reposer dans un endroit magnifique et surtout très propre . À très bientôt

Worst Experience! Beware both guests and Hotel.com
DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. We had two major issues related to amenities: No hot water and No air-conditioner or heating. The receptionist was the rudest guy we ever met. When we complained about these two issues, told us . We probably would have left, had we not been ill on that day. However, another guy comes in and promised us to give another room on day 2. On day 2, we were told that the manager was not there yet and asked us to wait. Day 2 was gone. On day 3, not having a bath for 3 days due to lack of hot water, and sleeplessness due to the lack of proper heating, we dared not to ask anymore and decided to leave the hotel before our schedule. We claimed a refund for our last two days, but according to Hotels.com the property denied the request. And there are a number of minor issues: broken toilet seat, tissue holder.. electronic door key-card that does not work most of the times, toilet and bathroom doors that do not close properly…… Hotels.com has been supportive, but Hotels.com should ban this property from their list. The way I see it, I paid Hotels.com for 3 nights of my stay with a/c and hot water, which I did not get. And Hotels.com failed to collect refund for me. So, even though, Hotels.com generously offered me coupon, for the sake of the next customers of Hotels.com, this property should be banned for breaching contracts and providing service with impolite, rude personnel.

Pour le prix payé c'est correct. Il ne faut pas s'attendre non plus à un service de 4 étoiles européen, les standards ne sont pas les mêmes. La chambre est relativement propre et la literie confortable. Personnel serviable. En revanche l'hôtel fait un peu vieillot et manque d'entretien. Certains équipements ne fonctionnent pas ou mal. L'offre restauration de l'hôtel n'est pas terrible. (Buffet) J'ai eu un problème d'eau chaude en arrivant (récurrent au Maroc?) mais qui a très vite été réglé. Il suffit de le dire. Donc dans l'ensemble assez bien, si vous n'êtes pas trop exigeant, encore une fois au regard du prix payé. L'hôtel est un peu excentré, mais il y a un arrêt de bus à la sortie de l'hôtel pour aller vers Guéliz et la Medina, sinon taxis disponibles.

Mon sejour c'est bien passé au Semiramis a part quelques trucs qui n'allaient pas trop comme la porte de la chambre avec qui fallais bataillé pour qu'elle se ferme, pas de coffre-fort (alors que dans la description de la chambre il y avait un) sinon le personnel rien a dire ils sont adorable comme tout

J’ai réservé deux nuitées, quand je suis rentrée à l’hôtel j’ai payé et je suis partie à la chambre qui était juste délabrée. Je suis redescendu pour annuler pour la deuxième nuitée car c’était trop pour la première. Chose que le personnel de réception a accepté en précisant que je vais être remboursée via ma carte de paiement. À aujourd’hui, je n’ai encore rien reçu et personne ne répond quand j’appelle l’hôtel. Merci de faire le nécessaire

Hotel service is very poor this time around. Spa is closed, gym is out of order, balcony cheers had a nail sticking out of it on both chairs, balcony table covered in dust. Me and my friend went down to reception 4 times in two days to complain to get new chairs and they ignored us and didnt change it. We asked for two glasses for our room for the alcohol and everyday they turned us away saying we dnt have many glasses in hotel

L hôtel s’est énormément délabré depuis ma dernière visite avant le covid L’hôtel est pas du tout entretenu l état des chambres, les traces sur la moquette la propreté de la salle de bain. L’odeur d’égouts qui vient jusqu’aux chambres Le petit déjeuner qui est très très léger niveau quantité et qualité La verdure et la vue de la piscine sont les seules points forts de cette hôtel. Il serait vraiment temps de rafraîchir cette hôtel qui en as besoin.

This is a complete shamble. The hotel is not fit for staying from all angles , hygiene far belw standard. Old nothing is working including light, tabs in the toilet, shower not working. It should be reported to the local authorities to close it. There is no light inthe Communal area people are using torch. This complete theft.
