I recently had the pleasure of staying at a boutique-style hotel in the vibrant city of Marrakesh, Morocco. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professional and welcoming staff. The hotel's interior design was a perfect blend of modern and traditional Moroccan elements, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city and was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a traditional Moroccan mint tea. The location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was within walking distance of many popular attractions and restaurants. Overall, my stay at this boutique-style hotel was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

Le plus bel endroit que nous avons eu à Marrakech. L’accueil a été formidable , la dame a pris le temps de nous expliquer les rues et endroits particuliers en plus de nous offrir the , biscuits etc. La propreté était parfaite et la nourriture du déjeuner très copieuse.

I was travelling alone and this was a really great place to stay. All the team made me feel so welcome. The facilities are great, I ate there a couple of times, it was all so lovely. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel s’est directement montré très accueillant, chaleureux et respectueux. Tous étaient très souriants sympathiques et disponibles. L’endroit est facile d’accès à pieds et proche des endroits d’intérêts. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu et calme. Notre chambre était magnifique. Le seul point à redire concerne le lit, il aurait pu être de meilleure qualité et moins bruyant. Le petit déjeuner quotidien était de très bonne qualité et très copieux avec des produits locaux. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !

We are so happy that we booked Ksar Anika for our time in Marrakesh. It is the most peaceful place, as soon as you step through the doors you feel calm and relaxed after a very busy and bustling time in the city. We have never stayed somewhere with such kind and accommodating staff, they went above and beyond and made it feel like home from home. I would like to say a special thank you to Abdul for making us so welcome. I would recommend this stay very highly and the breakfast really sets you up for the day ahead! Thank you all. We hope to return again soon.

Lovely gem of a hotel, a classic riad but one would not guess from the name. Ideally located just outside the boundary of the medina, therefore walking distance from the bustling centre of Marrakesh, including Jemaa - el - Fenaa. Lovely staff, pleasant, welcoming and patient (since it took some time for us to figure out the room safe!). We were offered a welcome drink and snacks while the check-in paperwork was completed. Substantial breakfast with local dishes as well as egg preparations, served by attentive staff. Complimentary sandwiches/pastries and drinks for the afternoon. Fragrant ethnic toiletries, and sample was offered as complimentary gift to my wife and daughter when we checked out. Our stay inlcuded Valentine's Day and the housekeeping had strewn rose petals on the beds, with a long stemmed rose and some chocolates as well as towels folded in the form of swans! Our flight was much later in the day and while we were waiting for our taxi we were pleasantly surprised tp be offered a small picnic in cloth satchels. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay for a few days. The hotel was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Anis who served us breakfast each morning, they accommodated my dietary needs well and made me soya milk cappuccinos each morning which I appreciated. The room was clean and they gave us fresh fruit daily. There's a pool table you can play on if you want to relax in the hotel. It's very walkable to everywhere. Overall it was a really nice stay. They even gave us a little bag of snacks (sandwiches and fruit) before we left, to take to the airport with us. I would be happy to stay here again.

Our experience at this hotel was a fantastic start to our holiday in Morocco. Right from our arrival, we were met with warm hospitality, offered refreshments, and given a good introduction to the city. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness were consistent throughout our stay. The room was tidy and inviting, though the mini fridge did produce some noise at night. Breakfast was great, with exceptional homemade marmalade and pancakes. The staff also kindly organised a taxi for our onward journey and gave us with snacks for the bus ride, along with thoughtful gifts of shower gel and shampoo. We felt genuinely cared for.

This truly is a gem in Marrakesh. The location is central yet just before the business of the Medina. The building is traditional with original features and great light. The courtyard is relaxing and very airy, perfect for the breakfast. The terrace is massive with 360 views of the city -stunning at sunset. We had dinner and enjoyed the food while the service was excellent on each occasion. The checkout was also fantastic with staff being very helpful. We received a packed lunch and some amenities to take home. We also used the transport service and we do recommend it if you want to avoid the hassle at the airport and have a relaxing stress free journey as well.

This hotel was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Such a beautiful hotel, very clean, rooms were huge, and, above all else, the staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Was a nice Riad with spacious room , very helpful staff from the reception to the kitchen . We had free gifts and sandwiches to our trip Essouaira this is the first time we had gifts from hotels rather than taking from us .. Like all In Morocco no TV , flat bed with no headboard.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, and we loved it, specifically for the following: 1. The staff team are amazing and professional. We were welcomed with mint tea and a useful briefing of the area and stuff to do. The chefs were superb with their food and professional conduct. Unfortunately I don't remember most of their names, but they are all worth a mention because they were good. 2. The rooms are spacious and neat. The hotel itself looks clean and relaxing. At first glance of the outside of the riad you would think you messed up, but step in and you'll love it. Unfortunately it didn't get hot enough for us to dip in the pool (the inside of the riad is always a little cooler than the outside, therefore it has to be a pretty hot day for you to swim...but we didn't mind that at all). 3. The breakfast is lovely - variety of foodstuffs (as is synonymous with Morocco), changes at least every 2 days, and there's also free snack/lunch-like in the afternoon. Just perfect. 4. It's conveniently placed - about 15min walk from the Jemaa El-fnaa sq, close enough for an easy walk (which in itself is a tour btw), and far enough to have a peaceful stay outside the buzz of the medina. 5. Value for money - of course we can't speak on behalf of other riads, but this is definitely a good deal for the money you pay. 6. Organising your shuttle to and from the hotel - it was a smooth transition, we were collected and dropped timeously. Needless to say, we loved our stay :)
